(born in Ubaté, Cundinamarca on February 20, 1986)
Son of Javier Gustavo Benitez Nieto, merchant and motorcyclist, and Adriana Cecilia Serna Franco
Due to the murder of his father he moved with his mother and brother to the city of Envigado, Antioquia. At the time of violence in Colombia.
His father since he was little and his family insentivate him to study and sports. Begin the practice of cross-country athletics through streets, trails and trails. Knowing the reality of the history behind the urban changes and the reality of Colombia, victim of bad policies, bureaucratic negligence and uncontrolled insecurity that makes some rich and impoverishes others and enslaves them in the search for money and progress.
Religious beliefs.
He was born under the paternal religion of his family, which was an evangelical Christian, but when he changed cities and became linked with his maternal family, he was baptized in the Catholic religion.
Vocational studies.
He studied elementary school at the Normal Superior of Envigado, then he went to the Institución Educativa Manuel Uribe Angel, culminating high school education up to the tenth grade and then finishing the eleventh grade with deepening in political leadership at the Institución Educativa José Manuel Restrepo Velez.
In 2005, he joined CEFIT Envigado where he performed a technique in systems, computer maintenance, and Web design.
In 2007, he joined the Envigado University Institution with a scholarship from Inder Envigado and the Envigado mayor's office, two technologies, one in computer networks and the other in systems technology.
In 2017 he joined the Sena, in the program of Technology in Analysis and development of information systems.

His first job in the 2005 census with DANE as a pollster.
Then he entered Almacenes Exito S.a with the creser cooperative with the position of packer in the year 2006.
In 2011, due to changes in the company and the abolition of the creser cooperative, he looked for an opportunity as a cashier in the company Large surfaces of Colombia Carrefour, a French multinational that later became Jumbo Cencosud.
Then he left the country in 2012 and worked in the Colombian food company in Costa Rica-Central America.
What he likes the most is sport and for this reason he never leaves his mind to discover new directions and see the reality of his country and the world from his perspective and that of others.
Then he returns to Colombia working in various restaurants and bakeries.
He even works with the newspaper El Colombiano S.A. by many considered as a tabloid and for managing the reality of the country for profit, but instead shows a reality that encourages the masses to work and succeed.
He is currently dedicated to sports and product and service businesses.
SPORT ACTIVITIES.
A fan of cycling and athleticism, yoga and the gym.
His phrase that "there is nothing better than reading a good book", although books are already history not because of the legends that rest there, but because everything is already digital and online, the paper is sent to be collected.

All based on dialogue, understanding and reconciliation. Very much a follower of the democratic center, the U party, the liberal party, the green party and all politicians with good ideas and eagerness, and with the strength to change the country and give ideas to improve the world.

Hijo de Javier Gustavo Benitez Nieto comerciante y motocrosista, y de Adriana Cecilia Serna Franco
Debido al asesinato de su padre se mudo con su madre y su hermano a la ciudad de Envigado, Antioquia. En la época de la violencia en Colombia.
Su padre desde pequeño y su familia lo incentivan al estudio y al deporte. Inicia la practica del atletismo de fondo recorriendo calles, senderos y trochas. Conociendo la realidad de la historia detrás de los cambios urbanísticos y la realidad de Colombia, victima de malas politicas, la negligencia burocrática y la inseguridad sin control que hace a unos ricos y a otros los empobrece y los esclaviza de la búsqueda de dinero y progreso.
Creencias religiosas.
Nació bajo la religión paterna de su familia que era Cristiana evangelica, pero al cambiar de ciudad y vincularse con la familia materna se bautiza en la religion catolica.
Estudios vocacionales.
Estudio la primaria en la Normal Superior de Envigado, luego paso a la Institución educativa Manuel Uribe Angel culmina educacion media academica hasta decimo grado y luego termina el grado undécimo con profundizaciòn en liderazgo político en la Institucion Educativa Jose Manuel Restrepo velez.
En el 2005, ingresa en el CEFIT Envigado donde realiza una técnica en sistemas, mantenimiento de computadores, y diseño Web.
En el 2007, ingresa en La Institución Universitaria de Envigado con beca del Inder Envigado y la alcaldía de Envigado, dos tecnologías una en redes de computadores y otra en tecnologìa de sistemas.
En el 2017 ingresa al Sena, en el programa de Tecnologia en Analisis y desarrollo de sistemas de información.
Referencias laborales.
Su primer trabajo en el censo del 2.005 con el DANE como encuestador.
Luego ingresa a almacenes Exito S.a con la cooperativa creser con el cargo de empacador en el año 2.006.
En el 2.011, debido a cambios en la empresa y abolición de la cooperativa creser, busca oportunidad como cajero en La compañía Grandes superficies de Colombia Carrefour, multinacional francesa que luego pasa a llamarse Jumbo Cencosud.
Luego sale del país en 2.012 y labora en la empresa de alimentos colombianas en Costa Rica -Centroamerica.
Lo que mas le gusta es el deporte y por esto nunca deja su animo por conocer nuevos rumbos y ver la realidad de su país y del mundo desde su perspectiva y la de otros.
Luego regresa a Colombia trabaja en varios restaurantes y panaderías.
Incluso trabaja con el periódico El Colombiano S.a por muchos considerado como amarillista pero en cambio muestra una realidad que anima a las masas a trabajar y lograr salir adelante.
Actualmente se dedica al deporte y a negocios de productos y servicios.
ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS.
Aficionado al ciclismo y al atletismo, al yoga y al gimnasio.
Su disciplina favorita las carreras de larga distancia como media Marathon, Marathon y Ultramarathon, obteniendo siempre buenos resultados y demostrando sus excelentes condiciones físicas.
Su frase que "no hay nada mejor que leer un buen libro", aunque ya los libros son historia no por las leyendas que allí descansan, sino porque ya todo es digital y por internet, el papel esta mandado a recoger.
Sus gustos que le gusta, que le disgusta.
Le gusta aprender acerca de geografía, de biología, de anatomía, de cultura de sociedad, de etica, de política, de matematicas, de programacion de computadores.
Sus animales favoritos son los salvajes pero también le gustan los acuáticos, los domésticos, y las aves que vuelan por su libertad.Por eso ama los canales como la National Geographic, Discovery Channel.
